We want you to feel the full benefits of our premium colostrum, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at hello@cowboycolostrum.com with your order number and the reason for your return within 30 days of delivery.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Carefully pack your unopened product and include the RMA number inside the box; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
